Shipping costs are based on weight of the item and the geographical region it is being shipped to. Should you wish to expedite your order, there will be a rush shipping fee charged. Please note that not all orders can be expedited depending on the customization of each item.

RETURNS 

​

Each Crowned Item and Crowned Clutch is carefully handcrafted to custom fit your crown, system and personalization. Unfortunately, due to this factor, we do not offer returns on any personalized or custom items. Please be sure to double check the size of your crown very thoroughly to make sure that you are ordering the correct size Crowned Clutch. Refunds will not be offered should you not measure your crown properly. Please see the, "How to Measure Your Crown," tab for more details on ensuring that your are measuring your crown correctly.

DAMAGES (on delivery)

We take every precaution possible when packaging all of our Crowned items. However, we do recognize that sometimes things happen and packages are not always handled with care and may get damaged during transit.  Should you receive your item and it is cracked or damaged, please send us photos and contact us immediately so that we may file a claim with the postal service. 

​

Our Crowned Clutches are delicate and must be handled with extreme care. Crowned Prisstique does not cover damages or replacements should you drop your clutch or not handle it with the proper care.
